VITA
(Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) provides FREE tax help in the
community.
Tech-Able, a
nonprofit organization providing information and access to
assistive technology devices for individuals with disabilities
is sponsoring an electronic-filing VITA site. Volunteers will
help people with basic tax returns, particularly those with low
and limited income, individuals with disabilities and/or elderly
taxpayers.
Who is eligible?
Based on the systems used at this site we will only be
able to process individuals who fall in the categories below.

Individuals who are Disabled

Elderly: Individuals who are 55 years old or
older making less than $40,000 in income

Low Income: Individuals who made less than
$40,000 in income.

WHAT TO BRING: All of your W-2 and 1099
forms, information for other income, information for all
deductions/credits, a copy of your previous year's tax return,
and social security cards for yourself, your spouse, and any
dependents.
